Visitor Information for Recruiting Events at Caltech

We're looking forward to hosting your company/organization on campus! Career Advising and Experiential Learning is located in the Center for Student Services, third floor, room 310. This is our physical address:

Please review the following information to assist with your visit to Caltech, including detailed recruiting guidelines and policies.

If you plan to provide food for an info session, we recommend Caltech Catering due to their familiarity with campus. However, most campus locations will allow you to use any caterer/restaurant you wish.

If you are visiting to conduct on-campus interviews, you are welcome to use any facility managed by Caltech Dining Services to purchase lunch, coffee, and/or snacks during your breaks. All campus dining locations and the Caltech Store are only accepting credit cards for purchases at this time.

We ask that all representatives check in with our office at least 30 minutes prior to their info session or interviews so that there is adequate time to arrange A/V and get oriented with the building. All presentation rooms have projectors and A/V connections, and interview spaces have whiteboards.

We have a MacBook Pro laptop you may use in case we are not able to connect your computer to the A/V system, so we suggest bringing your presentation on a back-up USB/USB-C drive in case there are technical complications.
