Build Your Name on Campus
- Conduct an Information Session
- Attend our annual Career Fairs that take place in January and October
- Post an OCR job and schedule on-campus interviews with students
- Our office has six private interview rooms available with full internet access and whiteboards
- Interviews may take place from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Please note, our office is closed from noon to 1:00 p.m. for lunch.)

Preselect: When using this model, employers are required to post a job opportunity in the TecherLink system for which students may apply. Employers then must select only the students they want to interview on campus. Students are notified once they are chosen and sign up for interviews through TecherLink.
Preselect to Alternate: This model functions exactly the same as Preselect, but it allows employer to choose additional students as alternates. If there is still space available on the schedule, then alternate students may sign up to interview with the employer.
Preselect to Open: This model functions exactly the same as Preselect, but it also allows any student who applied to the job opportunity to sign up for an interview on a first come, first served basis even if they were not specifically chosen by the employer. However, this only happens if not all of the Preselect students have scheduled an interview by a certain date designated in the system.
Open: When using this model, employers post a job opportunity in the TecherLink system for which students may apply. However, employers do not select who they would like to interview. Students who have applied are able to sign up for an interview on a first come, first served basis.
Resume Collect: When using this model, employers post a job opportunity for which students may apply. However, there is no schedule attached to it, which means there are no on-campus interviews that take place. This posting simply collects application materials.
Room Reservation Only: This model allows an employer to reserve a room on campus, but there are no job postings or interviews associated with this date in TecherLink. All interviews must be generated independently of our office and the TecherLink system. Please contact our office if you would like to request this type of OCR model, as it is not always available.
